Не пора ли переходить России исключительно на мирные рельсы?

Так как недавно я задумалась о странных российских общенародных праздниках, часть из которых не несет в себе понятного и принимаемого людьми содержания, то, конечно, мне сразу же попался на глаза праздник пап, который празднуется в очень большом количестве стран.

На сегодняшний день этот праздник стал поистине международным днем. Что и понятно — семейные ценности, которые разделяют простые люди, одинаковы повсюду.

Границы между государствами в этом смысле — дело весьма условное.

Недавно – 10 ноября – его отмечали в Финляндии.

В Финляндию праздник пришел из США. История рассказывает об американке, 
Соноре Луизе Смарт Додд, которая, в благодарность своему отцу, выступила с 
инициативой закрепить такой праздник в календаре. Ее отец в одиночку 
воспитал шестерых детей после смерти жены.

С 1924 года День пап стал официальным праздником. А после этого он быстро распространился по Европе, в том числе пришел и в Финляндию.

День Отца в этой стране хоть и не закреплен конкретной датой, но празднуется он ежегодно. Во второе воскресенье ноября у жителей Суоми – мужской день. Это официальный праздник, поэтому на всех государственных зданиях подняты флаги.

Зная, насколько велика и значима отцовская роль в семье, праздник наполнен определенными традициями разных народов.

Финляндия считает праздник семейным, в этот день дети делают подарки своими руками и дарят их отцам.
В Германии принято устраивать своего рода мальчишники: сыновья отцам дарят в этот день билет на футбол или другой матч, проводят время в чисто мужской компании, отправляясь на природу, рыбалку, пикник.
Китайцы всегда отдавали дань старшему поколению, поэтому у них принято дарить и поздравлять самых старших мужчин в семье.
Австралийцы сделали традицией собираться за большим столом всей семьей и дарить мужчинам галстуки.
В Испании принято дарить в праздничный день папе бутылку дорогого вина.
В этот день люди, выходя на площади, прикалывают к одежде красную розу. В том случае если отец жив, если человек несет скорбь по отцу, то прикалывается белая роза.

В России День отца стал отмечаться сравнительно недавно и пока не является официальным праздником, хотя всероссийская общественная организация «Союз Отцов» выступает за введение Дня Отца в качестве официального государственного праздника, а соответствующий законопроект был внесён в Государственную Думу депутатом А. Г. Сидякиным (председателем «Союза Отцов») в 2014 году.

Дата празднования Дня отца — третье воскресенье июня. Это означает, что День отца 2019 года отмечался 16 июня.

Может быть, пришло время сделать это праздник официальным в России так же, как День матери.

В России праздник День матери учреждён в 1998 году. В соответствии с 
Указом президента России Б. Н. Ельцина от 30 января 1998 года № 120 
«О Дне матери» праздник День матери отмечается в последнее ноябрьское 
воскресенье. Инициатива учреждения этого праздника принадлежит 
Комитету Государственной Думы по делам женщин, семьи и молодёжи. 
Принадлежит эта инициатива Алевтине Викторовне Апариной — 
депутату Государственной Думы РФ, члену ЦК КПРФ. Цель праздника — 
поддержать традиции бережного отношения к женщине, закрепить семейные устои, 
особо отметить значение в нашей жизни главного человека — матери.

И не принижая значимость Международного женского дня и Дня защитника Отечества, возможно, имеет смысл поднимать на флаг в России праздники мирной жизни, которые нацелены не столько на борьбу за чьи-то права или против разных видов политических противников государства, сколько на процветание и благополучие людей в нашей обычной жизни под голубым небом…, которое, если и затмевается иногда, то только облаками.

Isn’t it time for Russia to switch exclusively to peaceful tracks?

Since I recently thought about strange Russian nationwide holidays, some of which do not carry a content that is understandable and accepted by people, of course, I immediately caught the eye of the popes festival, which is celebrated in a very large number of countries.

Today, this holiday has become a truly international day. Which is understandable — family values shared by ordinary people are the same everywhere.

The borders between states in this sense are a very conditional matter.

Recently, November 10th, it was celebrated in Finland.

The holiday came to Finland from the USA. The story tells of an American, 
Sonora Louise Smart Dodd, who, in gratitude to her father, took 
the initiative to fix such a holiday on the calendar. Her father 
single-handedly raised six children after the death of his wife.

Since 1924, Popes Day has become an official holiday. And after that, he quickly spread throughout Europe, including came to Finland.

Father’s Day in this country, although not fixed by a specific date, is celebrated annually. On the second Sunday of November, Suomi residents have a men’s day. This is an official holiday, so flags have been raised on all state buildings.

Knowing how great and significant the paternal role in the family is, the holiday is filled with certain traditions of different nations.

Finland considers the holiday family, on this day, children make gifts with their own hands and give them to their fathers.
In Germany, it is customary to arrange a kind of bachelor party: sons to fathers give a ticket for a football or another match that day, spend time in a purely male company, going out to nature, fishing, picnicking.
The Chinese have always paid tribute to the older generation, so it is customary for them to give and congratulate the oldest men in the family.
Australians made it a tradition to gather at a large table with the whole family and give men ties.
In Spain, it is customary to give dad a bottle of expensive wine on a public holiday.
On this day, people, going out to the square, pin a red rose to their clothes. In the event that the father is alive, if the person bears sorrow for his father, then a white rose is pinned.

In Russia, Father’s Day began to be celebrated relatively recently and is not yet an official holiday, although the All-Russian public organization “Union of Fathers” advocates the introduction of Father’s Day as an official public holiday, and the corresponding bill was introduced to the State Duma by deputy A. G. Sidyakin (chairman “Union of the Fathers”) in 2014.

The celebration date for Father’s Day is the third Sunday of June. This means that Father’s Day 2019 was celebrated on June 16th.

Maybe it’s time to make this holiday official just like Mother’s Day.

In Russia, Mother's Day was established in 1998. In accordance with 
the Decree of the President of Russia B.N. Yeltsin dated January 30, 1998 
No. 120 “On Mother’s Day”, Mother’s Day is celebrated on 
the last November Sunday. The initiative to establish this holiday belongs 
to the State Duma Committee on Women, Family and Youth Affairs. 
This initiative belongs to Alevtina Viktorovna Aparina - 
a deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, a member of 
the Central Committee of the Communist Party. The purpose of the holiday 
is to support the traditions of caring for a woman, consolidate family 
foundations, and especially note the importance in our lives of 
the main person - the mother.

And without diminishing the importance of International Women’s Day and Defender of the Fatherland Day, it may make sense to raise peaceful life holidays to the flag in Russia, which are aimed not so much at fighting for someone’s rights or against different types of political opponents of the state, but at the prosperity and well-being of people in our ordinary life under a blue sky … which, if sometimes is eclipsed, only by clouds.
